💥 The session is 1pm - 2.15pm - bring your gum shield and gloves as a minimum
💥 Well done to our Cadet and Adult students for a great grading this weekend!
💥 Over 45 students graded over a five our period with 11 of our students being awarded a merit for the level of effort and technique shown
💥 Next belt grading is in June and that should be all of our Cadet and Adult students so make sure you're getting your lessons in and passing the assessments in April and May to be eligible for graduation!

Huge achievement for Sensei Kam last night - we had the honour of professor Israel Costa visiting our class to award Sensei Kam his BJJ Brown Belt!

Just want to say thank you to all of my instructors for everything, especially the kind words shared. Today I was promoted to brown belt by my BJJ professor Israel Costa.

💥 Graduation for Cadets and Adults who are training twice a week or more is Saturday 26th March
💥 Cadets 10am start til 12pm
💥 Adults from 12.15pm onwards - please do not arrive before 12.15pm as the Cadets will be leaving and we won't have space for everyone at the same time
💥 Graduation grading is £15 per student and belts and certificates will be awarded on the day

💥 Thank you to our junior coaches for coming in and helping out too, it's all adding more experience to your coaching goals ready for your incoming coaching workbooks 😊
