Open Mat Session

💥We will be here on Wednesday 31st December for an open mat session from 4pm - 6pm

💥 This is for Adults and Cadets to come in and train before we reopen on Sunday 4th. This isn't a taught session - ypu can come on and either partner up and do some pads, hit the bags or use any of the equipment we have to get a workout in

💥 Please message or call if you're going to be attending so we can gauge the numbers

💥 We need to know by end of Tuesday at the latest please
