Just a reminder for everyone tomorrow we've got a really packed day here at WBBA!

📍 10.30am - 11.15am : BRUTAL BAG SESSION - we still have a few spaces remaining if anyone wants to book in last minute, just message and let us know

📍 12pm - 1.30pm - CADETS STICKWORK SESSION - Open to all Cadet students to come and get some practice with their sticks with all of our Instructors

📍 1.30pm - 3.30pm - OPEN SESSION - if you've got any friends and family who want to come down and give it a go this two hour session is a great taster of what we do here at WBBA. Open to ages 4 upwards, all fitness levels welcome and all equipment will be provided. All of our Students are more than welcome to come down and get on the mats too!
